Let them eat cake!

One of the traditions Mr. Marshmallow and I would like to keep is cutting the cake. Apparently, the tradition has been around since medieval times however they used swords instead of cake knives. Mr. Marshmallow if you are reading this, you cannot use a sword to cut our cake.


The tradition has taken on a new meaning in modern times and represents the first act as husband and wife and the beginning of a new family together. Plus, everyone loves cake! I was thinking something simple like this would be perfect for us (but maybe in white or with our wedding colors):

    Ok that's not fair! I was reading along and got all excited to use a sword to cut the cake and then you go and out me as if you knew I would think that! Please can I use a sword? :) At least on a bottle of champagne?
